AGREEMENT TO EXECUTE LEASE
FOR MUTUALLY EXCHANGED CONSIDERATION, the following agreement is made on this day of [Date of Agreement] between [Name of Landlord], hereinafter referred to as Landlord, and [Name of Tenant], hereinafter referred to as Tenant.
IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PROMISES AND COVENANTS CONTAINED HEREIN, and in consideration of the amount of $ paid by the Tenant to the Landlord which shall be credited toward the first month's rent under a certain lease described below, and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties mutually agree as follows:
